So we have many functions that require transporatation around the metroplex. It is really important that we get all our people there safe. As always in the non-profit world.... cost to value is a major concern, We understand you you and your organization are wanting to make the funding you have go the fartherest. We get it but.... the world often doesn't care... they have a busniess to run all the same.
Lets face the the free market is the free market. People that run some of these businesses have to make a living as well.
So you need to haul 15 people around for a weekend retreat but don't want to rent a touring bus. A taxi is not applicable to the size of group. Have you ever thought about a limo campany?
We often forget about these smaller limo and transporatation companies when we are looking for cost effective transportation. We often get caught in the stigma of price assocaited with these limo campanies.
To be onest they are not that bad. We found a company that we wree able to rent a very nice hummer limo that can hold up to 18 people for around $150 an hour. The owner was aweosme and gave the 8th hour free if we booked a 7 hour gig. They had refreshements prepped and the service was awesome they picked us up at the departure location and dropped us off at the end of the weekend. It was by far the easiest and arguable as cheap as any thing we have done in the past.
I know we have tons of options expecially in the non-profit profit world but give these guys a shout.
